The Color Red

Red is a multitasker. It is what symbolizes your greatest romances and your deepest pain. It is the color of the blood that runs through your veins, pulsing in a constant wave of life. It is the taste of a fresh strawberry, sweet and tangy. It is the last few rays of a midsummer sunset and the  heat from the sun as dips below the horizon. Red is not only visual, it is a feeling. The heat that rushes to your cheeks when you are angry or embarrassed is red. Red is intense and hot-headed but also loving and sweet. It can be many things, but it is never half-hearted. It is a symbol of passion.

Amtrak

People have many justifications for taking a plane over a train in the modern age- like time and convenience. But take a second to question that truth. Is trying to save time actually the best use of your time? There’s something to be said for slowing down the already fast-paced motion our society moves in. Think of all the stress airports cause you. For example: did you bring your ID? Is your state now a Real ID state, whatever that means? Did you bring your kid’s iPad so they don’t scream on the flight? Are you willing to part with that expensive cologne you forgot to take out of your carry-on that is juuuust over the 4oz limit? Are you prepared to sit next to a middle-seat manspreader? What if we told you that you don’t have to think twice about it on a train? A flight is a method but a train is an experience. Sure, an airplane saves you time and maybe money but what do you lose in the process? You lose seeing the veins of the country spread out before you in an interconnected web of history. You’ll miss getting a private spying pass into the backyards of America. And most importantly, you’ll miss seeing the backbone of the country. Because believe it or not, glitzy cities are not the backbone of this country. America’s foundation is all of the beautiful, awe-inspiring land that moved the first Americans to pursue success and what some call the American dream. You hop on a flight with excitement for the destination but you miss the beauty of the journey. We could keep going on and on about the beauty of this country, but how about you see it for yourself? Amtrak: Take the track less traveled.

Chrysler Pool-Out Script

Narrator:

What does the press know about a city they’ve never been to? What do they know about our rise to success?
The only people who should write about a city that rose up out of smoke are the ones that were there to clean up the ashes.
In Detroit, the hands are rough, and the steel is smooth. We’ve been building cars since before cars existed, without asking for anything besides our due respect.
We came up from nothing, but we aren’t anyone's cinderella story.
Detroit’s bloodline runs deep and courses through the veins of those who have an appreciation for the hard work that leads to luxury.
We are the only ones that know the story of Detroit. We are the backbone of America.
This is Chrysler, and this is what we do.
Imported from Detroit.
